Locker x 2ABS backpack, also said the “hiker airbags”, is a useful device for freeriders that can really save the lives of those who are hit by an avalanche. Operating it is simple: pull the release handle and the airbag on your back inflates, increasing the skier overall volume. The inflated airbag is then able to “float” the body, keeping it on the snow surface (or in proximity), avoiding – in many cases – persons being buried under the snow.
